SendStatements is run by Bada Bing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains how Bada Bing LLC ("we", "us") handles information when a business uses SendStatements. "You" means the business that connects its Square account. "Your customers" means the people and companies you invoice in Square.
What we collect
- From your Square account (read-only): your business profile (name, location address, email, phone, currency and time zone), and your invoices, customers and payments, using these permissions:
MERCHANT_PROFILE_READ,CUSTOMERS_READ,INVOICES_READ,ORDERS_READ,PAYMENTS_READ. We cannot change anything in Square. - What we store: your Square merchant ID, business name, currency, time zone, reply-to email, sending settings, and Square access and refresh tokens (encrypted). For each statement run we store the date and, per customer, their Square customer ID, the email address used, the balance shown and whether it was sent.
- What we do not store: copies of your invoices, payments or customer lists. These are read from Square each time a statement is built. We never receive card numbers.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and basic request logs to run and protect the service. We use only the cookies listed on our Cookies page.
Why we use it
Only to build, preview and send your customer statements, to keep the service secure, to bill you once billing starts, and to answer your support emails. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not contact your customers for any other purpose.
Your customers' information
You decide which customers receive statements. We process your customers' names, contact details and invoice information on your behalf, only to send statements you asked for. You are responsible for having the right to send your customers statements about their accounts.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
- While you are connected, we keep your settings and statement send records so you can see what was sent.
- When you disconnect in Settings, we revoke our Square access and delete your tokens, settings and send records right away.
- If you disconnect in Square instead, our access stops at once. Email support@sendstatements.com and we will delete the rest within 30 days.
- Billing records, once billing starts, are kept as long as the law requires.
- Emails you send to support are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices and rights
You can see your statements in the preview, change settings at any time, and disconnect to delete your data. You can also email support@sendstatements.com to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Your customers can contact you, or us, about statements they received.
Security
Children
SendStatements is a business tool and is not meant for children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell connected businesses by email before the change takes effect.
