Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between the business using SendStatements ("you") and Bada Bing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that runs SendStatements ("we", "us"). By connecting a Square account or using the service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
1. The service
SendStatements reads your Square invoices, customers and payments with read-only access, builds a statement for each customer who owes you money, lets you preview it, and, if you switch it on, emails it to your customers on the day you choose. SendStatements is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Square.
2. Your account and Square
- You must have a Square account and be allowed to connect apps to it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and customer details in Square. Statements reflect what Square reports at the time they are built.
- You can disconnect at any time (see Security).
3. Your customers
You are responsible for the content you ask us to send and for having the right to send statements to your customers. Statements are account messages, not marketing. You must not use SendStatements to send unlawful, misleading or harassing messages.
4. Fees
The price is $15 a month per business after a 14-day free trial, unless we agree otherwise. Billing is not switched on yet; we will not charge you without asking you first and giving you a chance to cancel. Taxes may be added where required. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the service, or use it to process data you have no right to use.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We act on your instructions for your customers' information.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep SendStatements running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features; for a change that significantly affects you, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Statements are a convenience for your customers and are not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending
You may stop using SendStatements at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service, telling you why where we can. When access ends, statements stop and your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell connected businesses by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
