Refund and cancellation policy

Billing today

Billing is not switched on yet, so no one is being charged. Before billing starts we will tell you by email, and you can cancel before any charge.

SendStatements is run by Bada Bing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The price is $15 a month per business.

New businesses get a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.

You can cancel at any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
To stop sending, turn off automatic sending in Settings. To cancel completely, choose "Disconnect" in Settings or email support@sendstatements.com.
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

We do not refund part of a month.
If you were charged by mistake, charged after cancelling, or charged for a month in which we failed to send your statements because of a problem on our side, email support@sendstatements.com within 30 days and we will refund that charge in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
